My 7 year old son really loves this backpack. It's great quality & comes with an extra set of straps just in case the original ones get ripped up. I like that the handle is height adjustable & my son's water bottles fit perfectly on the side pockets. The only thing I find kind of weird is the big pocket because it opens at the bottom but it has velcro to close it. I still instructed my son not to roll this in puddles or through any water since there is a possibility of getting the contents wet. I gave him another pointer to help his backpack last longer. Don't pick it up by the pulling handle. Pick it up by the padded strap. Teach your children to take care of their things & they will last longer.

UPDATE: I am reducing my stars further. After the first backpack malfunctioned in the first week by locking the handle in the up position, the company sent me a new one. It's now February and this bag is falling apart inside. It's just not good quality. I have a first grader! On top of the quality, the bag is tight by the time he puts in his lunch/chromebook/agenda/folders. I'm looking for a new bag to replace this one.With COVID restrictions my first grader has to keep all his school supplies in his backpack, they can't store anything at the school in their desks. So I wanted to get him a good bag with wheels. He loves the design of this one with the TREX! It's beautiful. However, one week after use, the handle button is not collapsing the handle/pole all the way flush to the bag. It's basically stuck in the up position. If I manually mess with it, I can close it, but my 6 year old can no longer push the button and put the handle down. So that is a major bummer, I would have expected the button to work much longer than a week.

My daughter loves her new backpack! I had bought another brand of rolling backpacks, just to have straps of the backpack pop off shortly after purchase and the handle became shaky. I bought her sister a Tilami rolling backpack at the same time and saw how durable that one was, so I bought this for my daughter and it is great!***Update!It's now the end of December and it's only been about two months since my daughter used the backpack. I was shocked when a few weeks ago she told me that the handle couldn't go down. The other day the handle actually broke as she was trying to put it down. I am so disappointed! Actually the same thing happened to her sisters bag too! So now I have two broken rolling backpacks. I don't know what they will do when they go back to school in a few days.😭

On paper the backpack looks like itd be great, it has several features that stand out as better than others. the problems however are.1 side pockets are attached high on the sides blocking the zipper and access into the bag2 the handle and plastic at the top make it hard to access things within the bag as the top of the bag doesn't fold away3 overall size is listed as 19" however when compared to 16" bags they look to be the same size the extra few inches are in the base, wheels and feet4 the 2 zipper compartments just don't open well there deep and slim making things at the bottom of the bag are just hard to get toOverall the bag does work and has a nice handle, wheels, cover etc. I just cant recommend it due to the negatives.

Bought the Mermaid backpack to use for work. It is so pretty!! Seems to be well made and holds my laptop, notebooks, and other Miscellaneous, stuff I carry everyday. Rolls well and the handle is the perfect height for me to easily use. Just wish it had a few smaller pockets, but overall I am really pleased!

Update: Didn’t last the school year. The handle got stock. Now she can’t put it down, it’s a problem because she gets stock trying to get out of the car the backpack and it doesn’t fit her locker at school. It’s an expensive backpack for it to not last a couple of years.Hated that my daughter had to carry her backpack with her really heavy tablet on her she’s six so she would have trouble walking, so I decided to buy her this rolling backpack and she loves it, I love it, the kids and teachers at her school love it too. I love that it can be adjusted to her height and mine whenever I help her. Fits all her school things, her snacks and even a change of clothes. Super happy and I’m pretty sure it’ll last a couple of years.

Bought this for our 12 year old. He brings all his stuff from our house to his dads and thought this would be perfect. I was worried about the price...more then what I would spend on a "bag" for him. It is worth it the money. He loves it. It is more durably then what I expected. I was impressed.

This backpack is aesthetically appealing. My son loves the tiger head pattern and many of his friends found the pattern cool.The backpacks looks well made and durable, but how long would the seams hold up to his daily use is yet to be tested through time.My one complaint is that there is only a very thin fabric separating the largest compartment from the niche where the pulling stick resides. It would be better if there is a padded layer, making the back largest compartment smooth instead of bumpy.So far the wheels are working fine, but we have purchased it for less than a month. We hope it will continue to work well. I shall update the review after a year.All in all, this backpack seemed to be a good product.

Perfect travel bag. I got this backpack for my 10yrs. When traveling it is considered a personal item and goes right under your seat. The material seem resistant.It is spacious, has pockets for a laptop, and fashionable. You can wear it 3 ways, as a back pack, rolling bag, or with a strap. We can strap a skate board and use it as a carry-on luggage.
