I purchased this to help me breath easier when exercising. It really has improved my breathing. I am not winded when going to Dance Fitness class. I have been using for 2 weeks now. At first found it hard as I am Claustrophobic. With daily use it has become easier, I have even upped the restriction. I will continue to use to see if I can lower my blood pressure.

I love this little breathing exerciser!! It is easy to use as well as clean. I feel like It is helping to increase my breathing capacity the longer I use it. I was diagnosed with severe emphysema about 6 months ago and have been struggling to adjust to my limitations. This is not a miracle "cure" obviously but I feel like it is helping after using it for about a month and hope I will improve even more as I continue to use it. I use it twice a day... sometimes more. Happy with my purchase!

I like the product, but the case in which it came was broken.

I have been using this for 2 weeks and feel a marked difference in my stamina and endurance. I use it twice a day for 5 minutes each time, 8 seconds inhale through the device while exhaling through the nose. This is an inexpensive device and does a great job. I believe it helps with lowering hypertension as well.

As advertised. Easy use.

Maybe I received a defective unit, but there does not seem to be any discernable difference between the lowest and the highest setting. Also, I think this should come with more complete instructions. For example, is there a recommended protocol for use when first starting out? How many times and for how long should it be used? etc. Still, on the unit that was sent to me, there is no apparent resistance whether high or low. I will need to return it.

Good quality, works great. Some reviews have indicated that there is no indent to keep the dial on the correct setting. I agree this would be a nice feature. Without this feature, it just means you need to set the dial before each use. For the price, I will accept this limitation.
