Yes, Amazon sells these. Just put"Picksters" in the Amazon search feature and you're good to go. Not cheap, but worth every cent if you are serious about your oral health.

Q: Is this company going to offer Replacement interdental brushes?

Yes, you can buy Piksters in many sizes in packs of 40, and some in packs of fewer, as well as assortment packages with several useful sizes. They all fit the Power Pickster as well as the manual holder that comes with it. Far better than any flossing gimmick I've ever used. No wrangling with nylon filament and small enough to carry unobtrusively in a pocket or a car console. They work fine by themselves even without a holder, and you will be amazed at their superior ability to get out "stuff"you can only struggle with using ordinary floss. My dental hygienist turned me on to them and I'll never return to floss torture again. I recommend starting with an assortment of sizes as teeth rarely have uniform spacing and you will want to get a few sizes that are most useful for you.

Probably not, but you might try communicating with the manufacturer. I find that the manual holder does a pretty good job with a bit of effort even without the power. Your dentist might have a pick or an extracting device which could dig out the offending stump without much trouble. Otherwise you'll most likely have to get another boxed tool.
