This is not the 3/8 inch you run to your dishwasher
My previous review "did not meet community guidelines" because I was talking about the size of it and how it doesn't fit 3/8 inch compression fittings used in dishwashers, when you buy this 3/8 inch as listed pipe?!?!?! Anyway this is a crimp type pipe that is rarely used by plumbers, this one is listed as 3/8 inch, however the description says outside diameter .38 inch (which is @3/8") Meanwhile the outside diameter of the pipe I received is .5 in .... Not what the description of the item I bought said. Be careful ordering because when the pipe doesn't measure what it says in the description of the item you purchase, they will tell you that you owe $6.99 for return shipping. Maybe that last sentence is the truth that doesn't meet the community guidelines??? I had a flag when I was first trying to return this item and it said this item is returned often. Maybe fix the description. Good luck with your plumbing projects :-)

PEX is easy
For anybody who's worked with copper or any one of the other piping systems, the ability to make continuous runs with no joints is fantastic. The small required investment in tools is more than compensated for in the speed of installation.

Fix slab leak
Just what I needed. Used it for to fix a slab leak. Ran the PEX through 1/2 copper pipe.

Used it to line 1/2" copper pipe that had pinhole ...
Used it to line 1/2" copper pipe that had pinhole leaks. Avoided breaking concrete and tearing up hardwood floors by pulling this 3/8" PEX tube through it. What a life saver!

Good Price and Great Product.
Correct size. :) Came in a nice box that didn't wind the pipe to quickly. This was exactly what I need with my 3/8 PEX pipe.

Used as a way to reduce internal volume to get hot water to our kitchen sink in a reasonable amount of time.

THIS IS 1/2 INCH PEX, THE INDUSTRY MEASURES BY THE INSIDE DIAMETER WHICH IS 3/8. YES I KNOW EVERYONE ELSE ON AMAZON SELLS 3/8 PEX TUBING MEASURING THE OUTSIDE?
