Q: Why will this not ship to Indiana?

Also will not ship to Pennsylvania :-(

Q: Can this be used on paint protection film?

This is old, but I would contact the manufacturer for that film. The film is a plastic. Plastics and oils are not usually compatible.

Q: safe for automotive clear coats? also with it strip or degrade sealants and ceramic coatings?

I use it on 4 different vehicles with 4 different paint/clear coat hardnesses. GMC truck, F-250, Lexus & Jaguar. I use it for every wash. Spray on sideview mirrors, windshield, bumper, grill, rocker panels and anywhere with heavy buildup or tar before any water is applied. Depending on temperature, by the time you get all of these areas sprayed, start at the first area with a high lubricity foaming prewash from a foam cannon. Give the areas a little scrub, rinse and re-foam the car. Perfectly clean, shiny & zero damage. Be sure to reapply your protection to the areas after the wash. I have found it breaks down a ceramic coating way less than Bug & Tar remover and works much better. Black or dark plastic trim will fade after many, many applications unless it’s rinsed well with soapy water then water. The fading I see on trim is from people not rinsing it off or just using water. It is water soluble, but to get it off 100%, add some car soap, then rinse. Best stuff ever for many uses

Q: where is the lower deathly version ( low voc) ?

I would t recommend dawn dish soap
