Fox Run Mini Cheesecake Pan with Removable Bottoms, Non-Stick, 10.5 x 14 x 1.5 inches

Makes really nice mini cheesecakes, family thought they were store bought. Also use it to make two bite brownies filling only the bottom 3rd with brownie mix and it works fantastic.

Have only made a chilled cheesecake that required freezing overnight. Removed from freezer and placed in fridge to partially thaw for 10 minutes and they pushed out very easily. I hand washed the pan because sometimes rust can occur when pans are placed in the dishwasher. The depth of each cup is just slightly more than 1.5" deep. LOVE the pan but only gave it a 4 out of 5 because I wished it was closer to 2" deep. Otherwise, it is an ideal portion size following a meal. Would definitely recommend.

We've used this product a couple of times now. I don't think you would be limited to just cheesecakes in this thing. We loved using it for little muffins as well. The bottoms are easy to use- also easy to lose. You're going to want to make sure you keep all the little pieces together. You also probably would want to store it flat, to prevent the bottoms getting lost.Overall, this product seems pretty well made. We've used it a handful of times, and it hasn't warped in the oven yet.

I absolutely love this pan for mini cheesecakes!!I don't know if I’ll ever make a full size one again as I can never get them out of the pan nicely. With this mini pan it is so easy and they look professional! Easy clean up also. Very impressive! 👍🏻👍🏻
