Q: I have the large covers. both ends are brown!!! there is no white bottom band to tighten. this is defective! what gives???

Mine were both white bands on the last two boxes, nothing to cinch up or make tighter. Ones from almost a year ago had a brown band on one end and I think it was to be on the bottom. Mine was an upper arm picc. Line I just had to make sure I had no body hair under the upper part or it would leak. Always make sure the plastic is not caught under the band.

Q: Can you use these for baths, completely submersible?

I took showers with mine - and were 100 %secure never took a bath with it

Q: What keeps it tight around the arm

There is a built-in elastic at both ends of the sleeve to keep the cover securely in place and to prevent the water from entering. As added protection, you can always wear an extra elastic band (or elastic hair tie) at both ends for extra security and added peace of mind.

Q: Where does it say this product is non refundable?

It doesn't, it is totally refundable, Amazon gives refunds of this product, you just have to go through the procedure. Be well, PP
