I bought this to use on my travels, and it works really well. I could hold many pills and supplements in each compartment, enabling me to take my meds for 9 full days (I had to be smart about compartmentalizing, but it worked out). I recommend this item.

I have been fighting with my old case for 10+ years. The bottom of each spot was completely squared and it was difficult to try and get a pill to slide out, arthritis got worse and hands are swollen now and it would take 30 - 30 tries just to get one pill out. The design on the old one I swear was an intentional joke.This very basic, plain no frills, cost effective container has a brilliant design feature... A rounded bottom edge, I love it. I can now get one pill out first try, everytime. I can see why many of their products are endorsed by the Arthritis Foundation. Cant believe I waited over 10 years to solve this

The build quality seems pretty good for being plastic. These lids click nicely when opened and closed. It has help up well so far. Simple classic design with the days labeled. These squares should be big enough for most people unless you are taking an abnormal amount of pills daily.I load up the week on Sunday and just take my square each morning and move on!
