Solution for sitting back and hip pain
Alleviates the spine from pressure when sitting since there is an open curve at the tailbone. Opens the pelvis up when sitting preventing hip impingement by placeing the hips above the knees. Two different pain problems both alleviated by this pillow for long and short trips in the car. Great for a work chair too if you have a desk job. I like that the fabric grips to your clothing and that there is grip on the bottom so it doesn't slide around. We are around 175 lbs at our heaviest and the pillow is the right amount of firmness. Others that are similar but more plain are too squishy for our weight and don't work because of that alone. I am in health care so I use a saddle seat there (with wheels) to fix my hip pain to avoid a 90° angle or more with my hips. Hope this review is helpful.

Wouldn't buy again
Could be firmer. I'm only 125 lbs and it doesn't quite provide the support I need for my lower back pain.

Made it easier to sit at my desk for long periods
Due to pandemic, I stuck at home and sit at my desk for a really long time. And I recently feel not right about my back, then I bought this Cushion. It works great so far, and my back pain is relieved!! Recommended !
