Wheeeeeeeelies
Looks great compared to stock. Hold up great to wheelies and all sorts of abuse. Bought a -3 tooth over stock and made my FZ into a wheelie machine

Vortex 525 45T
Vortex is great. I replaced the entire set with 525 pitch sprockets and chain and do not regret it. This combination is Yamaha’s recommendation and I now know why. It’s way smoother but feels tighter than the flimsy 520 kit. The weight added is marginal for the power this Fj09 bike delivers!

Great sprocket but verify firmament else where
Very hard to verify fitment on this site. I ended up spending hours after ordering the wrong sprocket just to verify this model fit and had the right pitch. Mechanical parts on this site have a lot of growing to do. I usually need to find part numbers else where then come back here to order for better price. Sometime when doing so I end up spending 1 more dollar to buy it on the site that gave me the info that wasn’t here. Item is wonderful docked a star for lacking info in product pages. Sorry

High quality
The Quality of an aftermarket sprocket versus the original OEM is a big difference. Not a dealbreaker but it would have been nice to receive a board Vortex decal.
