Disappointing!

I love Sherpani -- so not sure if this is product flaw or a result of how poorly it was packaged. The interior cardboard that is at the base of the backpack arrived bent (backpack had been folded and twisted to fit for shipping.) When you put your things inside the weight of them do NOT allow backpack to stay closed as shown in pics: the black strap on front comes out. It only stays in place if you have FEW things inside.Material quality is great -- but NOT at all what I expected from Sherpani.
