So easy to program that this 73 year old did it in 5 minutes. It WORKS!
The media could not be loaded. This pill container was SO easy to program. My 53 year old cousin ordered a similar model from another company. She could not program it. It took me a couple of hours but I finally got that one programmed. THIS one took less than 5 minutes to program! And I’m 73!!!I like that it has 2 different volume levels. The dosage cards fit neatly into a slot in the inner ring. The lights flash along the edge. So those with hearing loss have a visual cue! And it’s frosted so nosy visitors can’t see my medication! Also the lid locks and the keys are NOT stored with the device! If it’s turned over, the pills don’t move out of their slots.Another thing… the instruction manual is clear with GOOD diagrams.I’ve programmed mine for twice daily. It has 28 slots So I have 14 days worth of medication in my pill box. In the event that I’m not home at the time I should take my medicine, I have a back up pill box in my purse. If I’m not home when the alarm goes off, it’ll shut itself off!I’m really pleased and I’ve told all my friends about this pill box.And I recommend it for anyone concerned about themselves or a loved one taking their medications on time.

Works great, but BIG design flaw
So I love this thing, and it's been super helpful for the reasons I needed it. I kept taking the wrong meds at the wrong times and it was Bad, but with this I know I haven't taken my morning meds at night and have been much more consistent at the time I take the meds. BUT there is a major design flaw to this thing that, if you are buying this for an elderly loved one, will be a problem - if you keep it flipped upside down, the alarm will not sound. Neither will the light. It will rotate, and the meds will fall out if you have the door open, but no alert. This isn't a problem for me really, it's actually kind of nice when I know I won't be around for my alarm because of an early appointment, I just unlock and take out the dose, then flip it over so it doesn't bother my family. But if you are getting this for a loved one, and the alarm/light warning is the reason you are getting it? just be aware of this. Also, the lock can be finicky, but I haven't had any problems with it like others, so I just recommend being gentle. Setting the timers and filling the meds wasn't hard, so overall, I really like it, I just think it's important to know for others that leaving it flipped negates one it's main selling points.

Peace of mind that my 93 y/o mother is getting her medication on time!
My mom is still very capable of living on her own. She was forgetting to take her medications sometimes. So we found this great Automatic Pill Dispenser with the alarm, light and sound to help her remember. It was very easy to understand how to set it up with her medications for three times a day dosing. Love that is has a lock to prevent the pills being spilled everywhere in case it were to get knocked over. She has not missed a dose since she started using this!

Easy to pry open! Waste of money.
We bought this dispenser to help a loved one with dementia keep track of her pills. It was a complete failure. She was able to use a knife to pry it open enough to get all of her pills out.I just wish I had figured out how to use it while I still could have returned it. A lot of money to just waste!

Great customer service
This is a very good product. I had another brand of automatic dispenser with alarms but the sections were smaller and larger pills didn't fit. Also, I had a problem with my order and contacted the seller's customer service. They were exceptionally helpful and resolved my problem immediately. This is one of the best customer service operations that I've ever contacted.

EASY TO USE . SORTA
What I like about this one is that it reminds me exactly when I'm supposed to take my meds at the right time so I don't forget or skip any of the vitamins or ibuprofen. Not hard to use but if you take more than four sets of meds a day (four different time frames) ,you're not going to get a 7-day period to load for. That's the most days you can do it for more sets a day but it just won't come out to 7 days worth. It'll be maybe 3 days or 4 days . Comes with an easy to use lock on the bottom. You turn it over to empty your meds into the palm of your hand or on a table top whichever you choose. By inverting it to pour it into your hand that silences the alarm. I did not find any of it difficult whatsoever . READ THE INSTRUCTIONS IT'S BASICALLY LIKE SETTING ONE OF THOSE NEW DIGITAL WATCHES THAT YOU GET YOU KNOW YOU HAVE A CERTAIN BUTTONS THAT SET CERTAIN THINGS DO IT EXACTLY AS THE LITTLE BOOKLET SAYS READ THE LITTLE BOOKLET FIRST DON'T TOUCH EVERYTHING AND PLAY WITH STUFF READ THE LITTLE BOOKLET FIRST THEN IT WILL MAKE SENSE. Comes with kí thedifferent little paper rings so if you take four sets of meds a day you CAN load it for 7 days because there is a total of 28 slots. What changes is the little paper ring that you put down on it they give you several whichever one matches YOUR situation within 28 slots . If I had to take a lot of meds say over eight different sets then I would just buy another one of the same model here because it's one of the best ones I've used so far nothing falls out on the floor or gets lodged so far. Heads up to people who have large fingers or thick fingers you would have a very hard time getting down into these little individual med slots but you really don't have to since you're just dropping them in from above it into the slot and then turning the whole thing over when you're dispensing the ( after it's of course closed and locked) and it has rotated the next slot over, then YOU slide the little window open and turn over the entire little machine into your hand and pour them into your hand or on a table top. if you have somebody who's not terribly coordinated or doesn't do well holding on to bigger things that could be a problem for them. This one hurts my fingers the least I have no cognition problems I just keep forgetting to take my second set of ibuprofen and potassium, D3 etc.

Solved my problem!
This is an absolute miracle in my life. My mother has been having trouble remembering if she took her pills, taking double dosages at times. This absolutely controls that she takes the correct pills at the correct time, and its locking lid prevents over dosages. She responds well to the alarms to alert her to take her pills. I highly recommend this product.
