These bowls are really attractive, well-made and packed with the utmost care. I was expecting so-so red bowls that would serve my purpose. Because there seems to be so little quality control these days I had very low expectations. What a wonderful pleasant surprise! The color is vibrant red and the outside of the bowls have a subtle distinctive pattern that adds to their uniqueness. Their size is not too small and not too big but just perfect for salad bowls, dessert bowls, whatever. They were a beautiful addition to my Christmas dining table.I couldn’t be more pleased with every aspect of these bowls. Highly recommend them!

Bought these bowls to replace a set of older, heavier, same size bowls. These bowls have a glaze that looks nice, and they're well made and durable. They aren't overly hot when they come out of the microwave, and they are fine in the dishwasher. The size is great, too. If I have any quibble, it's that the glaze is more uniform than the Amazon pictures show. But that's really minor. They do look good, and we're really happy with them.

Love these dishes! Bought 2 sets of the bowls, small plates, and large plates to replace my old dishes. Love the glaze, pattern, and thickness of them. Been using them a few weeks now and they are holding up well. They seem very durable and have been fine in the dishwasher and microwave. Highly recommend them. They are a bit pricey, but I think they'll hold up over time and are very well made.

these bowls are ceramic and may be substantially heavier than the dishes you want to use them with. Their color is good, but the design may cause a matching problem. The pattern which was not clearly visible to me was the reason for my return.

I compared this bowl to a pasta bowl that is 8.5 inches. Pretty good size for a cereal / soup bowl.They are not as solid as I had hoped. I suggest handling them carefully. Not too thin but not thick either. The yellow is a warm almost golden color. Actually like honey mustard. I do see some discoloration of lighter globs of paler yellow marks which don’t look natural. Can definitely tell there wasn’t enough coloring in spots.The outer sides are fine. Not too shiny either. That I love. Feeling wise they are smooth so if you have dry hands be careful it slips from your hand if not held on the bottom part also. Stacking is a little bit of a challenge if you like your bowls perfectly set. I do because the cabinet I’m putting them in has no doors. I know it sounds like I’m not going to enjoy using or having these but I am very happy I just have to be careful is all. These are definitely a very good fair price. This yellow is a perfect yellow in my opinion. Very well packaged oh and these bowls are not too heavy for those with arthritis these should be fine most likely will need both hands because they are very smooth.
