When I got new glasses after cataract surgery, the case that was given to me with them was HUGE. I needed a more compact case for my glasses that would offer good protection while still fitting in a jacket pocket as I no longer wear glasses all the time. This case works perfectly. I wasn't sure my glasses would fit given the inside dimensions listed, but they're a perfect fit. I guess the dimensions allow for a bit of wiggle room. The leather covered aluminum shell offers good protection and the strong spring keeps the case tightly closed. A flocked lining prevents scratches and there's a drawstring bag and cleaning cloth provided as well. The brown leather cover provides a touch of class. I'm glad I found this product.

I bought this product because I wanted to leave a pair of glasses in my car and had a tight space where I could store them. The case is a bit tight but works fine when I take the cleaning cloth out our the container.

JUST RIGHT for medium sized glasses. The pair in the photo are (maximum dimensions when folded) 5-3/16" W x 1-5/16" H x 1" D. They fit this case with about an eighth of an inch to spare all around.

Outstanding lightweight quality; very tight spring tension. Extremely durable and protects expensive readers. This is one case that will not have to be replaced annually. Anticipate having for years to come. Not all things have to designed disposable w short shelf-life, 'case' in point.

I have purchased a few for my friend as the hinge keeps.He purchased 2 more.We like the thinness of it and the sturdy boxing and that's the only he keeps purchasing it.If it didn't keep breaking we'd say 5 stars.

I was looking for a slim hardshell case to carry my clip-on sunglasses in my pocket. This absolutely fits the bill, and it's very nice looking! Not for large glasses, but excellent for clip-ons or small frames.

I had initially bought this for my junior sized Ray Bans but the sunglasses are too big for the case. It works great for my reading glasses though.
