These drives work very well, purchased one to see how good they are, then went and purchased 3 more for my server.

These drives damaged my raid controller. Don't buy.

Great drive if you find it on sale, Wish PowerEdge servers didn't through a warning on these...They want you to pay the OEM fee to make the warning go away.

Custom Firmware: Possibly Refurbished and Not New
Bought these drives for a Poweredge R720. All the disks are labeled on the drives as Seagate ST900MM0006 models. However, once booted into the RAID controller, the disk model and firmware revision on the actual drive do not match the advertised models. Only 3 out of 16 have the advertised information
