I bought this for a 2yo I watch who puts everything in his mouth. I was frustrated with him chewing on all of our toys. This worked for a little bit. He definitely chewed on the necklace instead of the toys and it held up to his constant chewing. But all the chomping created an excessive amount of salvia. So while my toys weren't destroyed, his clothes and hands were always sipping wet from spit. I guess this would probably be the case with any other kind of "chewy." My only real problem with it is the necklace would constantly get twisted. It's very stretchy but I still worried about it being a choking hazard because it would twist until it was tight around his neck. I constantly had to remove it and untwist it. Eventually I stopped using it. The worry of him choking because of the twisting wasn't worth it. Maybe it would be worth it for someone who is older, but I'm sure there are better options for toddlers.

The durability of this product is ecellent. It has stood up to an aggressive chewer and nothing has broken yet (fingers crossed!). It can easily be stretched and/or doubled to fit a wider range of sizes. And we love the large coils for greater tactile stimulation.My only complaint is that the coils tend to over-stretch, lose their shape, and get tangled following aggressive chewing. I'm not sure if it is possible to fix this problem, just from a structural perspective, but fixing that would make this product PERFECT in our book. :) Meanwhile I am standing by with replacements when they are needed.I would love to see these in a wider range of colors -- pink? black? purple? some pastels? I love when they match the day's utfit -- they blend in a little better. :) Overall, I am very pleased with this product!

Certainly not worth the price. An inexpensive dollar store plastic coil will give you the same result. For the price, I was expecting better quality. If you purchase, be sure to wash them. They have a terrible smell and a bitter taste.

I had hoped these would work better. They are longer then needed, so the teacher makes my 7 yr old take it off during school. Also when he wears the bracelet it slings spit every where so they aren’t ideal. Wish I hadn’t spent this much money bc he doesn’t use them, I’m on here looking for something different to buy now.

My son has a sensory disorder and with that comes the oral stimulation of chewing...we were using a ARC chewer we got on Amazon and it worked great but then he would just chew on the string that held it so these necklaces are so PERFECT! I am so happy with them.

I got these for a few kids. My son being one of the kids, he sometimes chews on his shirt or chews on straws. He had these once before and liked them. I'm happy I was able to get a few different colors.

This product is amazing for my ASD/SPD son who is an oral sensory seeker. But when the package arrived, 1 necklace and 1 bracelet were damaged, like they were each cut through. Its a shame because these are expensive, especially when you have one income.

These are working perfectly for my 2 1/2 year old autistic son! He is chewing on them, stretching them, wearing them etc, and just satisfying his urge to chew everything! They are holding up nicely as well!

Very happy with these. My son is using them with some persuasion. He is rather young so we keep an eye on him with them. The necklaces wrap around his pushchair well and means he can't lose them. definitely helps with his oral sensory needs.
