This is an excellent trimmer. It’s cuts and trims bushes so easy. It even cut larger stems I never thought it would. So easy to use and very light weight. Best thing I’ve bought.

Great for pruning, trimming grass, and any other relatively small or easy to cut yard and garden plants. Amazingly easy on battery life and very effective. The only concern is that it is so easy and effective on lighter plants that it is easy to keep on using it into bigger plants that can overload it and cause problems.

This works great for my 85 yr old mom that still likes to be outside in her garden. She wanted something that was cordless, light, small, and works well to cut her bushes. This product checked all her boxes. Them only things that is a bit more difficult for her is to change the clippers out. But she doesn’t change often and I can easily switch them out for her when needed. It’s not difficult but a bit too manual for someone without the dexterity that they used to have. I would recommend this product for small trimming upkeep since it is so handy and works great.

I love this. Received as a gift. Easy, light and fits my other batteries. Trim my shrubs and trim lawn around objects.

I bought this for my wife who didn't want to use my heavy gas powered hedge trimmer, but had a need to prune small bushes in the garden. She didn't like the first one I bought her because the balance was off and the battery kept hitting her wrist. Our neighbor had this Craftsman and she really liked it. It was more expensive than others, but the power, balance, weight, and feel were just right for her.

Seems like a longer battery charge than my past Black & Decker. I also appreciate that the battery charger is a small compact cord with a plug style fitting that the battery plugs into taking up less space, and not a big bulky box stand that has to sit on a shelf or bench. I have a whole row of battery charger stands that line up on my work bench and take up way too much space. Its well balanced in my hand so my wrist doesn't get tired. Perfect size for those small trimming jobs like the small arborvitae hedge that flanks my gate, or making quick work of cutting down clumps of spent perennials in my flower bed through out the summer. At the end of summer I use a full sized bar trimmer to cut down my beds for winter but this compact trimmer fits well for getting those maintenance jobs done through out the season. I have always had both compact and full size bar trimmers. I only use the bar attachment with this tool it has always been more useful than the flat trimmer blade but that's just the way I garden. Others may use them both.
