Winco USA KWP-90 Stal Cutlery

Knife edge had a slight imperfection, but THE PRICE!? That small imperfection didnt affect the razor sharp edge. would buy again, actually planning on buying the blue handle one, im a butcher, and this knife is a nice addition to my knife set. Super sharp, edge lasts a good amount of time, and i cut meat all day at work. its a solid blade, our work place gives us cozzini knifes, those loose their edge way to fast, and feel so flimsy. This winco is Easy to clean, handle is on the rougher side, but i like it, its not too short, that a big drawback, ive used some knifes where the handle feels too small, this one is nice

Was good and sharp out of the box but didn't hold an edge very long . Easy to get back to sharp but it dulls so quick

Fantastic all the way around! Holds edge well and very balanced.
