Glad I didn't listen to neg reviews
When I first got these I read all the negative reviews: They are too big and they don't produce enough bass. Guys these are smaller than the tweeters in your car. Of course they aren't going to produce "enough" base. Second they are too big. I thought that at first until I spent about an hour getting them in the right place for my helmet. I almost gave up and sent them back. You can't just throw these in your helmet and expect them to feel good. Everyone has a different head so it might take you an hour to find the perfect spot. My helmet didn't even need the velcro. These are definitely worth every penny!

They do what they say they will do, what do you want for $25, better than nothing!!!
Seems to work good, used it a couple time's, sound quality okay, not HiFi, but it will do. Took 2 phone calls, I could hear fine and they could hear fine. I have a Shoei RF-1200 xxl fullface fits perfect and it's very quiet, you have to get them positioned just right or they won't be too comfortable, even when you have them in right not very comfortable, not very uncomfortable, but you know they are there, I guess they're about 3/8" thick got a Triumph Rocket 3 Touring with aftermarket tors exhaust, not really noisy but you know it's running, tested at about 60 was on back roads, but they are plenty loud, I have them turned down some, otherwise they are too loud, I would imagine they would be fine at highway speeds, 75mph. I will probably buy another set for my other Helmet and try the "Discord" APP out, easy to operate, voice commands only supported by Siri Apple products so it says, but I have a OnePlus 7 pro w/ Android 11, paired no problem, I didn't even read the directions till now, commands are pretty much standard as any Bluetooth headphones I used, except if you fast click the + button it goes to next song, same with the - button goes back, wasn't able to make it go back, but accidentally forward to next song a few times, I also didn't know it was backwards when I did it, don't know if volume buttons work correctly either as I didn't know it was backwards, you have to hold the volume buttons to work it but it doesn't say how long, and didn't test the 3 Ring Auto answer, that's why I returned the first set I got cause I liked that feature and thought the APP "Discord" was proprietary, it's not. But I did put the other set up to my ears to see how they sounded, and the max. volume was less than these. So for the price i'am very satisfied as next one's up in price are about twice as much, most a lot more. I can deal with the different control's, basically had it working without knowing the control's, without reading the instructions, oh and I put the wire between each earpiece under the lining of the top of the helmet, it was loose so it was easy, just to keep it from moving around. Just buy them and try them, if you want them, return them and pay more probably $100 more for a little better set. Oh and it says they are not waterproof in the instructions for rain or underwater!!! But with a fullface Helmet I don't think they would really get ruined, maybe a little moisture but not flooded, Half helmet they'd be toast. GL hope you Enjoy them, I do just hope they last, but for $25 I didn't even get the insurance. If it lasts the year I'll be happy!!!

Okay product. Company buys reviews.
Considering the price, its a fair deal.installation isnt difficult at all, but it took me 3 tries to really find that sweet spot where they would fit comfortably on my helmet, since they can be a bit thick. This sweet spot makes the speaker sit halfway between the upper half of your ear and your temple. You cant detach the microphone so that may bother you depending on your helmet. On mine, the mic fit just fine along the rubber nose protector.Bass isnt great but it sounds better than the muffled way earbuds sound when pressed by the helmet against your ear. It could use with being slightly louder. The volume would be fine if the speakers sat over your ears. But at least on my helmet, doing so proved to be unbearably painful because they would press hard against my ears.Be wary of the other reviews. The company offers "lucky money", whatever that is, in exchange for a 5 star review. For the price, id say give it a shot. Unless youre willing to spend 200 bucks on a sena device, you probably wont find much better.

Good for the money spent
For the price you can't go wrong. They have great sound quality. If you use in a full or modular helmet you do not need them turned up to loud. On a half helmet you need to turn them up because the wind does over power the sound coming from the headphone speakers.Battery life is great I went on a 10 hour trip and they had plenty of power left.Very simple to installThe only draw back I had with them is during the long ride I felt some pressure on the outer ear. They are a little thick which required some adjusting when mounted in the ear space of the helmet to achieve the most comfort.

Not IPX7 waterproof, language is stuck on Chinese, customer support not working.
Edit: I was able to change my language back to English by holding down the play/pause button to activate pairing mode, then I double clicked the play/pause button and it went back to English, though I had to do some online digging and found the instructions for another headset that worked the same way.I wrote a review about this back in July 2020 when I actually received the item, but for some reason it was never posted. The product is advertise to be IPX7 where "Even on rainy or snowy days, it will not affect the use, make your outdoor riding more exciting." However after going over the manual, a majority of which is riddled with bad grammar, under the safety warning the device is stated to only be IPX4 water proof asking "please do not put it under water or using it in the rain" with so exact words as with the picture I provided. I decided to return that one and order another, thinking maybe I got the wrong one or a bad one. When the product arrived again, it was the same situation. In the end I decided to keep this one. While I would very much like to have my device waterproof as advertised, I wear a full face helmet and it rarely rains where I'm at..Another seemingly false advertisement is the 60 hrs of continuous play time. While I haven't checked the exact battery life, the manual says it has 45-50 hours and 10-15 hours is a pretty big difference. I usually charge the headset before riding and even after a few hours the battery seems strong, but with the product page saying one thing and the user manual another, it really isn't helping. Here after about 8 months of using the headset, the language on the headset changed to Chinese. I'm still not sure how it happened since I never pressed messed with the buttons other than turning it on and off. Looking over the user manual, there is no mention on how to change the language. It only has 3 buttons and I've tried different ways of pressing the buttons. I tried to go to their website to contact support and email them, writing out what the problem is, but after hittings submit, I keep getting a "fatal error". I gave up after multiple attempts and looked to their contact number. After a quick search I found that the contact number, which is located in China mainland, is the exact same as another company called WNJACO. It felt sketchy so I gave up on that. I'm hoping this review would at least bring light to my language situation. Some good of using the headset, is that they are pretty good. The headset are pretty loud. I almost went through an intersection once when I didn't hear a fire truck's siren coming up and I didn't even have it at full volume. I'm still able to hear my music even when I'm going through the freeway and 60+ mph, although for calls it gets hard to hear without putting taking my hands off the handle bars and increasing the volume. The buttons are hard to find and press when riding with gloves on, so I would have liked it if they were more elevated.
