Warm weather alternative
There's no more comfortable carry than with a shoulder holster. OWB prints too much and IWB doesn't work with decent fitting pants. Unfortunately though, traditional shoulder holsters don't work in warm weather for CCW since they require a cover garment. That's where these belly band shoulder holsters come in handy. They don't dangle like traditional shoulder holsters but instead hug the body thereby minimizing printing, enabling greater stealth. I've sampled four and found they don't vary much regarding materials and design so the most expensive isn't substantially better than the cheapest. Defaulted to this one as the mid-range. Shoulder strap adds stability. Perforated neoprene aids comfort. Issues with them - including this one - are quality of materials and no spare mag pocket. Velcro failure reported by many doesn't inspire confidence. Consequently, don't expect usage to be lasting. Solved no spare mag pocket however by configuring double mag Molle pouch straps. There's also a draw issue especially with vertical holsters (preferred horizontal is apparently not an option with any of them) but practice will lessen that and carry discomfort discourages carrying at all. Overall, they're worth what they cost and lack the durability of traditional leather shoulder holsters but are still an effective warm weather solution.

Lil' Creek belly / chest holster really is secure and comfortable
I use this around my chest for a compact .380. It holds the .380 quite securely right under my left arm. I can wear it for hours at a time with a regular dress shirt and the weapon is virtually invisible with very little printing at all. Also, I do use the over-the-shoulder support strap. For me an IWB is out-of-the-question uncomfortable and an OWB presents concealment issues. This allows a truly concealed carry that is comfortable. There is no question drawing is slow and obvious. You must get the shirt open or up over the chest holster to take off the velcro retaining strap. Then the awkward and public draw. But if a speed draw is not likely to be an issue but having the weapon close at hand is then this is likely a good bet for you.

Not a fan
This holster was inexpensive, but I was disappointed on how it holds my gun. To me, it is to straight up and down especially under the arm carry, the Velcro tab is too long and hard to pull when you want a quick draw. The single shoulder strap is a little weird feeling, but not a huge issue. The wrap around the body is comfortable though.

Better Than Most, Even More Expensive Ones
I tried a few different ones (mostly more expensive) before settling on this one because it's construction is topnotch. The holster itself has double stitching on both sides so I know it will last longer with repeated draws. The neoprene has just enough stretch and the fastener part is long enough so that you get very secure adhesion to the neoprene. I will be using this more as a belly band but like having the shoulder option, as well. After trying various holster types I find the Belly Band option to be the most comfortable and versatile. This one is slimmer than most belly bands out there which I prefer since I'm using it for a P365 rather than a full size weapon. I have another Belly Band with an integrated kydex P365 holster but prefer this because it's less bulky with less printing.

Product poor
Poor construction would not buy again. Should strap is only velcro on one end, should be on both ends. Hot to wear even in cold climate. Uncomfortable

Material is too stretchy
Easy to adjust and fit but this is simply too stretchy overall. Even pulled very tight on your body it gives much too much to provide a smooth draw as the weapon does not slide out easily (Ruger Security 9). This may work ok for motorcycle travel but does not provide quick access with any confidence

Very comfortable
Wore it out to run errands. While I knew it was there, I often forgot i was wearing it because it was so comfortable.Easy to adjust shoulder strap, so it remains unseen. Will be ordering another one.
