Works like a miracle to unblock m nose, To bad a person has to order on line and not just walk into the drugstore and buy it.

The government has taken the Neo Synephrine nose drops off the market in the US. I was sorry to see that, as my wife and I have been using them for many years. I find sprays messy and difficult to use. However, I bought this spray and popped the top, then poured it into the old nose drops bottle. The formula appears to be very similar to the formula for the drops, and it works great as a nose drop. I just hope the government does not pull these off the market too.

This is good product but be sure to read the back of the bottle because it is filled with some "do nots,stop uses when, etc."
