Q: If it's 4 oz. for $17.15, how is that $2.68 an ounce? My math shows $4.28

I've noticed the price per oz. Amazon shows is often wrong. Very misleading if you don't pay attention and do the math yourself.

Q: did anyone tried to se it for expell rat ?

YES! I have used it to deter rats, mice and other rodents. I soak a piece of wood or cotton balls in the Peppermint Oil and place them under counters, in closets, pantries, in access holes etc... It worked pretty well once I got the main family caught and disposed of, then I used Peppermint and other Ess Oils like Clove and Eucalyptus to keep them away.
