Bought one 5 years ago and just bought another one again. Had no problems with the old one since the day I installed it (5 yrs ago) in my kitchen sink.

Excellent filter. I feel so confident in it that my kids drink out of it! Easy set up, perfect for apartments, and water is crystal clear. I do notice that it goes from cold water to warm water briefly, then back to cold, so I let it run for 10-15 seconds before filling my bottle. May be my faucet since I haven’t seen similar ‘complaints’ (I use that word loosely)

Water from my faucet tasted like kerosene and smelt like bleach. Now with this filter water doesn't taste and smell is completely removed. If you have Brita pitcher, pour into it. Water tastes great.

This is the 2nd one I have purchased. The first one lasted 5 years!!! I was afraid replacing it would be difficult but was surprised to find it was not difficult at all. It takes up very little space underneath the sink but does an amazing job. I will never go back to unfiltered water again!

Excellent filter. This is my second one. I bought my first in 2020. It still was testing fine but decided to get a new one since the 5 years were up. I think its the best one at there. Small company who backs their products. Highly recommend 👌.

Just a heads up, this is a large filter (didn’t look at the dimensions when ordering), which makes sense given the lifespan rating for the filter. Install was a snap, would be nice if it came with a bracket of some kind to mount to the wall/cabinet to keep it secure long term. Provided connection hose is of good quality and threaded in with zero issues/leaks. Biggest surprise was that we didn’t lose any water pressure at the faucet AND the water tastes great! We’ve used filters in the built in dispenser in our fridges for years and my kids (without provocation) actually said they like the sink water better than the fridge water now. Even my wife likes the taste… I’ll leave it at that. Well worth the investment for us even if it lasts for half the advertised life. We have a large family and drink a lot of water so this makes great sense. Also important to note as it’s not super clear in the info, this is a one time use setup, once it’s time to replace, the whole thing comes out and gets pitched/replaced versus the spin on or cartridge style filters most folks are familiar with. Zero issues with leaks, which some users reported, and the overall construction and quality looks good to start. A year down the road, I’ll update if anything changes.
