Why did you choose this product over others?:First time buying a second had phone, to be honest I was a tiny bit concern about how good the qualit of the device would be but to my surprise it was really good it looks like new!Another concern of mine was the batery health and again to my surprise 100% battery !!!Overal a good purchase TOP NOTCH

happy with item.Well packaged - but overly so. Arrived ahead of time also.Arrived with plug charging cable and SIM drawer tool and Glass screen kit with wipes to fit to phone.Really clean example and no damage and sure it will give many years of service I'm certain.Really more about seller that product as we all know how goof these are.

I bought this phone to be used when I travel out of the UK so I won't have to pay roaming charges. The phone arrived in excellent condition but I did not try to use it in the UK. Needless to say the phone was absolute rubbish. It won't turn on even when fully charged and when it does turn on, it shuts down abruptly and had to be restarted and reprogrammed all over again. Consequently I was not able to use it for the purpose of its purchase. Cost me a lot of money as I had to roam my UK phone in 🇳🇬 which meant extra charges in data and calls. Sellers need ensure their products work before selling them. Amazon was brilliant though in that i was able to return the phone. Still waiting for my refund

Nice phone !! Value for money !! Phone condition was good as expected!! Just the charging cable is not charging properly so have to buy a new one, rest is fine with the phone !!

I was so worried I’d get a poor quality phone as you just never know until either it’s to late or a few days in, so my son’s had the phone for about 4 days nowAesthetically - excellent brand new condition not a single scratch - packaged very well, although I would have used an even more robust outer box!Battery capacity is 82%Face ID set up fineCalls fineMessages fineSnap chat and what’s app fineAll in all I got to say fab 5******only issues they did send us the wrong charger with it, for an newer model, not that I even realised they was sending a charger!!! So bonus! but we have a good few chargers he can use!Definitely would by from this supplier again! Cheers x

The Iphone 12 pro arrived very quickly and in perfect condition, been using it for a month now and no complaints. Great value for money

I ordered an iPhone 12 Pro in the "excellent" condition category for my daughter's birthday. It arrived promptly but along both sides of the phone were numerous scratches. They were visible from further than 30cm away so Loop failed to categorise this phone correctly. It should not have been sold as "excellent" condition, even though the screen was perfect.Also the battery health was at 81%. While this is just about within their "at least 80%" guarantee, I would like it to have been a little higher given the price of this "renewed" phone sold in "excellent" condition.I contacted Loop to ask for a replacement. They gave me the option of keeping the phone for a £30 refund, or to return it to them (free postage). I returned it. They refunded the money to my card within a couple of days, so I guess they didn't have any iPhone 12 Pros in genuinely excellent condition they could send me.To their credit, their customer service was good. I decided not to purchase another one though and chose a brand new Android instead to avoid repeating the same experience.
