French Cut Green Beans
Wanted to make green bean casserole from entirely fresh ingredients for Thanksgiving but needed to be able to replicate the texture of French cut canned green beans. These helped with cutting the green beans perfectly! A little tedious but it went quickly.

Not sharp enough to do the job.
Idea is good but the blades are not sharp enough to cut French beans even if you pull it hard from the opposite side. It destroys the beans and defeats the purpose. I ended up using a sharp knife cutting the strings on the edges by hand. Don’t waist your time and money with this.
