Purchased and installed July 2024. Clutch died as of today May 20, 2025. 10 months of service in the Midwest isn’t very good. Yes I installed the drier and new orifice tube, yes I know how to test the clutch, etc. Just providing this info for what it’s worth.

This AC compressor came very well packed and delivered quickly. I really like that it was prefilled with oil, so I didn't need to worry about how much to put in and I could use standard cans of 134a to fill the system. It was pretty easy to take off the old part, and installing the new one was equally straight forward. I didn't need to remove anything except the serpentine belt. The wire connections were in the correct places and came with the appropriately sized connectors. I was pleasantly surprised to find that inside the box was a set of rubber o rings so that I could replace what was on the old system and didn't have to buy them separately. After installing it, I pulled a vacuum on the system and it held negative pressure well. So, I refilled the system and it is now working properly again. This price of $185 was about half of what the local part stores wanted for a rebuilt compressor. And it came in just one day. I couldn't be more pleased.

First compressor did not hold together under charge. With a digital vacuum and charging system when proper poundage was added the first compressor immediately failed. They did replace it under warranty and second compressor is working fine so far. Giving it four star just because I had no vehicle to drive until first one was returned and second one installed. Need to have a different return policy so that you can at least drive the vehicle until new one arrives.

item came nicely shipped with bubble wrap and all needed pieces. item came prefilled with correct amount of oil so no need to add additional oil when adding free-on.item was easily put on and working as needed.so happy i chose to get this one instead of one for $300+ at local parts stores!

Do not recommend, product comes broken and when put in the vehicle makes a noise. Didn’t realize it was broken till the mechanic checked the car and told me. Smh money lost with this part. Do not recommend please buy somewhere else.

Works good so far. I installed this compressor on my 2015 chevy cruze 2lt and its working just fine. Some parts that came in with this product didnt fit the vehicle and were missing more!
