I use this cheese powder to make macaroni and cheese for my grandsons. They tell me I make the best! I am a repeat purchaser.

I liked the product while it lasted. It has a short shelf life. My product now tastes nasty after a year. I would expect a powder to last longer and will purchase a smaller container next time. Need to throw half of it away. The labeled expiration date was 9 months from my date of order.
