The bulbs Looked healthy with lots of root….planted straight away in good soil and compost, sited in long sun place. watered with well diluted miracle grow. All I can do now is wait and hopeI waited, I took care not allow to dry out or to over water but no growth at all. Complete waste of moneyHow do you return for a refund when bulbs are planted??
