While the offerings look lovely in the photos I do not think the recipes have been tested. I have tried a few of them, cooking for the specified times only to find the veg was hard. My last attempt was Smothered Pork Chops. Advised to cook for 45 minutes. The potatoes were hard and had to cook for a further 30 minutes. Whilst the veg tasted ok the chops were like leather.
