I bought this for a 50th birthday party and they are definitely sturdy. It's not something you would try to eat with and get irritated saying this darn fork is to flimsy. If you need plasticware for a party that's elegant so to say, as far as plasticware is concerned, then this is the way to go. It's a bit over priced in my opinion but at the same time you get what you pay for.

Not as heavy duty as I expected but will work well for party

I really like these. They are heavy duty and look great. I would buy these again. I use them for parties and they come in packages of 24 so I don't have all these loose plastic utensils to sort through. I pull out a pack or two and use them. Makes them a lot easier to store.

VERY sturdy. They stood up to cutting meat,,,NOT EVEN ONE broken piece of cutlery

Used these at a recent party for 20 where we served tri-tip (beef). Only one spoon broke during the event, when eating the ice cream cake dessert! Will be using them at future gatherings, since you have to buy so many. But that's fine, they looked and worked great!

Could get better for cheaper at local dollar store

Great silverware, but I definitely misunderstood the description. Ended up with 2 CASES of these and not 2 packages... oops
