Super Suckers
Good sized containers & handy to store in a handbag or pocket. As long as the top of the sucker is at the top of the bottle, then they are easy to remove. If not, then I need tweezers to get them out. Easy to use & a brilliant invention.

Not good for removing lenses
Item is good for putting contacts IN. But impossible to get out! My main reason for purchase was to use the product to remove the contact lenses from my eyes which I am unable to do. Waste of money on my side. If you’re wanting to buy these to help get the contacts OUT, I wouldn’t recommend.

Work if used right
I took a chance on these because there were many unfavourable reviews, a relative had given a strong recommendation so I thought it was worth a try, having fumbled many lenses with the pinch finger method. The suction is adequate for gripping the Len’s, I’d recommend dipping the applicator into cleaning fluid first. Inserting lenses is a breeze, reduces handling of the Len’s a great deal. Taking out was fine for my right eye, no discomfort or difficulty, left eye was slightly problematic because the Len’s was firmly suctioned to my eye. It did release the grip somewhat enabling me to remove the Len’s by traditional means. Overall it makes inserting lenses easier and more hygienic. The jury is still out on the removal aspect but I think they are worth a try

Not great
I have seen plenty of reviews where people say it works for them. But deffo didn't work for me. So i am thinking it might have something to do with the type of contacts. Mine are soft. I could feel the tool attaching to the contact and when i tried to pull, the contact just won't budge. It was just too perfectly fit onto my eye that it can't just be taken out by that thing. I just have to slide it with my fingers...any way, returning it.

Helps even with soft contacts
I am new to contact lenses .Really struggled with using end of my finger to put my one day contacts in.problem being is the lens would rather stick to my finger than my eye. And my finger gets in the way of seeing where I am placing it. Using this suction applicator and the Amazon stick on magnification mirror. I can place the contact on my eye. Close my eye and squeeze the applicator to release the lens. No more thinking I got it and blink a few times to find it stuck in my lower eye lash. I wish I could just put a lens in like some people find it easy after practise . But I just am to old to spend more time losing them than practising.

DOESNT WORK
I bought these to remove my RGP (hard) contact lens with. I tried to wet it with a drop of saline before using, didn’t help with the suction. Then I found out you actually have to squeeze it because it is hollow, so the squeezing of the rubber created the suction within the hole. It still doesn’t suction, putting it up to my eye does feel extremely odd, and trying to actually put it onto my contact lens is very uncomfortable and when it touches your eyeball it’s a no go completely, it’s so uncomfortable it causes your eye to shut.So I ditched them pretty quick and resulted to the good old handy fingers. Was much easier to be fair, wish I hadn’t wasted my money.I think it also boils down to not really using these much, I’m not good using them and thought I’d buy these to actually practice and get better, but they’re useless.if you’re someone who knows how to use these properly maybe you’d have an easier time.If you’re someone who’s new to these plunger devices or can’t really seem to hit the nail on the head each time and remove it perfectly, I’d say save your money & use your fingers. It’s really difficult to get the knack of it, especially with a product that doesn’t work at all.
