Great commuter EUC
This is my first EUC. It takes anywhere from a week to a month to learn to ride it, so if you're looking for an easy ride then try a scooter instead, but if you don't mind a challenge then you'll love it.This EUC has higher than average pedals due to the suspension, so be aware if you're learning to ride that it's going to be a bit more difficult due to that, but I didn't find it too daunting, and the suspension is nice for bumpy roads.I've seen videos where this EUC pretty much explodes into a million pieces in high speed crashes, so don't go crazy on it, but if you treat it like a commuter then you'll probably be fine. I've been happy with its durability at low speeds while I was learning. The bottom of the pedals seem to take the majority of the scratches which is nice since those are only visible when the pedals are up. I added some masking tape to the edges of the wheel to try to protect it a bit from falls while I was learning.Never ride without full protective gear. This isn't a rote safety message, I really mean it. You are going to crash a lot while you are learning. You should have a full face helmet, wrist guards, and knee guards at a minimum.Note that the maximum speed isn't the speed that you're going to travel at, that's the maximum speed of the EUC on a full battery under ideal conditions with a light weight rider. With EUC's you don't want to try to ride at maximum speed because if the EUC can't go any faster then the motor just cuts out on you and dumps you on your face, so respect the warning beeps.

Very Durable, Fun, and the support team is awesome!
The media could not be loaded. Not sure why there is so much complaining on this. First off, I had an issue with the negative pressure on both air springs. I sent an email about the issue to their support team, submitted a video and they sent two new air springs with priority mail. Also, while learning the device I did drop it, of course, and a small screw bracket on the right leg panel broke. Told support and they sent me two replacement panels even though I only needed one. I appreciate the backup! So, support has been nothing but great for me. I did think they may of ignored me the first couple days but noticed their mail got caught in my spam folder. Last thing I have to say, I have recently fell off the device going about 24-25 mph. The EUC hit the ground, slung across the road and into the dirt. I thought at that moment the EUC was done for. I was astonished that I picked it up, it balanced itself, I checked the calibration with no issue, jumped on and rode off like nothing happened. Pretty durable in my experience! Great product, I do not regret it a bit. Also, the people complaining about the pitch leaning forward or back, there is a setting in the inmotion app or you can use EUC World app to calibrate it properly. Secondly, every tech device you buy, I guarantee you have to, or you should, update drivers out of the box. If you have a device that doesn't require updates out the box, then you are receiving a product that the company does not have continued support for, or cares.

Stopped Working after 4 months
I rarely write reviews. Suffice it to say that I'm fairly ticked off an InMotion for charging this much for a product with so many issues and the ignoring requests for warranty service. The unicycle stopped working within 4 months of my purchase. It was never dropped or ridden in rain or through puddles. It was taken for leisurely rides through my neighborhood. Then one day I went to turn it on and it would not self balance. I ran the diagnostic in the app and it says "Your vehicle is in an abnormal condition" and "The vehicle has been temporarily locked due to safety-related hidden danger". I uploaded the EUC log per the suggestion in the app, no one contacted me. I reached out to the company directly through their website. No one has contacted me several weeks on. Amazon.com Customer Service is saying this is between me and the unresponsive company.Update 4/10/2024:After posting this review, the company decided to pay attention and contacted me. Once they learned I had already returned the package to Amazon they stopped replying. I was told by an Amazon rep that I was outside the return window but they would make an exception. I asked in the customer service chat if I would receive a full refund and the rep confirmed that would be the case. This package was shipped on 3/23/24 from NJ to PA. As of this writing I have no refund, and now amazon is telling me there is ~ $400 restocking fee. This was never disclosed when I was duped into returning the product after confirming with the rep that I would receive a full refund.Bottom Line:1) The product was defective a few months after purchasing.2) The company was unresponsive to multiple attempts to request warranty service3) Only a negative review got their attention4) Amazon rep told me I'd get a full refund if I returned the item (otherwise I would have continued chasing on the warranty) only to tell me after the item was received by them that a hefty restocking fee would apply5) Customer Service is outsourced to folks that are given limited options to solve customer issues. Escalation to managers gets you nowhere quickly. Not helpful. This has been the worst experience I've ever had with Amazon and I hope if you're reading this you think twice about dealing with both companies (InMotion and Amazon) in the future.

Great Commuter EUC, Faulty Charger
For the past two months I’ve been commuting to and from the train station on this wheel and it’s been great. The learning curve was steep, even though this wasn’t my first PEV, but now it feels super comfortable and stable at 25 mph. Of course this also depends on your riding stance; I like to lock it against my right leg and use my left foot to accelerate. The only reason I knocked it down a star was because I initially thought I received a broken v11 but it turns out the provided charger was over charging the batteries (this is an 84v wheel and the charger was charging to 86v+). I now monitor the charge voltage in the app and disconnect at 84v. This is only a short term fix because the charger also assists with regulating the batter cells, which my charger is not doing.
