Q: What is the main difference between this (2nd Ed.) version and the other/earlier one?

There are differences in the ink color used and what's offered, but for me (and the reason I bought this one) the main difference is the weekly pages follow the monthly pages each month. So instead of having 12 monthly pages in a row, and having to flip to another section to have the 4-5 individual weeks, you have a month & 5 weeks, a month and 5 weeks, etc. I just prefer that.

Q: What are people doing with the extra weekly pages?

I find I don't have any. If February had started on a Monday that would have been a problem but since it starts on a Tuesday, the 28th goes into the 5th week. Still a lot of space left over, but not that big a deal. I had to do more planning for the months that needed more than what was allocated. Usually I just double up a couple dates on the last week, but in October I doubled up at the beginning of the month so I'd have lots of room for the last week and can put it on my Halloween details. If I knew I was going to have two blank pages coming at the end, you could just carefully cut one of the pages out and that would take both sides away. I set mine all up in December, but I just don't remember this being a problem.

Q: The mystic blue is megtallic/almost glittery. Are all the colors like that?

I bought the red and it is a very pretty flat red…no glitter.

Q: I’m left handed does this come in a spiral bound version?

Yes and No. Look on the clever fox webpage. They have some journals spiral but they seem to be just fitness and budget ones.
