I like liquids. I do not eat mushrooms, so I feel this is a good way to get the good stuff mushrooms provide. The taste is ok. Not a mushroom fan, but I can deal with it.

Seems to work well of mind clarity __focus and retention , I also add this to my cats foodto help with their immune support, so, double win, I like it , use it everyday

Since my nephew started using this product in December of 2024, I have seen vast improvement in his speech, actions and his appetite. He speaks more, he plays more and he is not longer a picky eater.

Stuff taste pretty ok, its oily but that's to be expected...maybe if you consistent, you'll feel full benefits.

I use it everyday as my own medicine, the only thing I can complain about is that I wish it was a bigger bottle and lower price!

Kept my toddler regular and we liked it. The taste can be easily hidden in any drink!

Not sure if this is as great as it says. I have used mushroom products in the past that are not even liquid and were much stronger. I am disappointed because Mary Ruth's is supposed to be one of the more pure supplements. Maybe when I try another it will be better.
