Easy to swallow, no after taste. Only been using a couple days so too soon to notice any results but so far it’s good.

I did not like that my order was sent in separate packages. This is a repeating order. Why does it come in separate oackages?

Healthier hair and nails with consistent use. I noticed when I stopped using them my nails were a little weaker and broke more so that was a good reminder to take them again. I love that they're vegan. No noticeable taste.

What is the palmitate derived from and is it truly a vegan supplement? Why is the zinc 15 mg when zinc RDA for women is 8 mg. It’s less than the Tolerable Upper Intake Level but possibly should be reduced based on RDA. If vitamin c derived from ascorbic acid is less friendly on the gastrointestinal system, why not use calcium ascorbate? These are my three concerns so far. I hope someone from the company can respond. Lastly, “Supplementing with biotin beyond recommended intakes can cause clinically significant falsely high or falsely low laboratory test results, depending on the test. These incorrect results may lead to inappropriate patient management or misdiagnosis of a medical condition” (“National Institutes of Health”). This product needs to be reformulated.

I can actually see the results from a month using these. I’m pretty hard on my hands and my nails break fairly often. They’re longer & stronger than ever and haven’t broken since I’ve started taking these. My hair is growing faster than usual as well. I’m super impressed by these. They’re quite large & you have to take 2 at a time but it’s completely manageable & definitely worth it

I love this collagen booster! I took collagen powder for years - hated the taste and it only worked so-so, but I have Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome so supplementing with collagen is important for my tissue/skin/joint health. This is far superior - so glad I tried it. Love that it helps my body produces its own collagen instead of trying to digest collagen made from cow hide (yuck). Noticed a big difference in my gums (Less gingivitis and exposed tooth along gum line) and in my body's ability to heal from scratches or blemishes. Enjoying the extra energy from the B vitamins it contains as well. I highly recommend.
