How many servings do you think you could get out of this?

I was concerned about number of servings too so made 2 almond/fruit mousse cakes with Italian butterflies frosting and mirror glaze. 1 cake served 8 ppl with slices on the smaller side. Because cakes were fairly rich the size was adequate. No one wanted more.

How are you supposed to fill the mold if the top doesn't line up with the bottom? Does anyone else have this problem?

You have to remove the top, the mold is in 2 pieces and then place back the top. I used it many times, no problem. The picture is perfectly clear on the amazon.
