Q: How wide is the base?

I'm assuming the base is the bottom part of the stand. It's roughly 5-3/4 inches.

Q: To the seller: i have a handicap toilet which is taller than standard toilets. can i order an extra extension piece?

I don’t know. But we liked it very much and bought another one to use as a towel holder. That gave us an extra length that you could use to lengthen your toilet holder.

Q: Why does it say it may cause cancer on the packaging. There’s a sticker on the box below the picture

We believe our products are not harmful when used as designed. We provide the warning in order to comply with this California right-to-know law. And the sign is called "Prop 65". We emphasize that a Proposition 65 warning does not necessarily mean a product is in violation of any product-safety standards or requirements. In fact, the California government has clarified that “the fact that a product bears a Proposition 65 warning does not mean by itself that the product is unsafe.” The government has also explained, “You could think of Proposition 65 more as a ‘right to know’ law than a pure product safety law.” Our products are sold worldwide. It would be extremely difficult and costly to determine which products will be ultimately sold or brought into California. Therefore, to ensure compliance with Proposition 65 requirements, we have decided to include these warnings on all of our products, regardless of destination.

Q: Will this hold the mega size rolls of toilet paper? Thanks

There are many different sizes of mega rolls. Our Product can hold Jumbo size from Costco, some people call it Mega rolls. Our Mega roll is family use mega-size, but industrial use mega roll.
