Taste great and do not spike my blood sugar.
I love how these cook up and taste. They do not spike my blood sugar and I do not feel like I ate a heavily loaded carbed meal after eating them. They freeze great and are very tasty and are just like semolina wheat based pasta as far as taste and texture goes. I would highly recommend them.

Great gf pasta
Expensive but understand there is real craftsmanship in this pasta. It has the chew and taste of reg pasta my none gf friends actually think it’s better. Also, it comes packed in insulation and dry ice to maintain the frozen state.
