Q: Do you have to put this on over your head, or does it have velcro or something that lets you put it on around you and adjust it to your waist size.?

We recommend stepping into the belt and pulling it on over your hips. The belt is made from a stretchy material so there is no adjustable clasp.

Q: Will this belt work with a medtronics mini med 770 pump? in other words, will the 770 pump fit in the pump holder?

Yes the belt will fit the mini med pump. Please watch the video on the product page to see the procedure for putting the pump in the belt.
