Didn’t expect this to work so well. I made mocktails and added this. It’s not a drunken buzz as some ppl said. However, if you want to sleep like a rock… this is it! I was so relaxed and when I went to sleep I fell right off to sleep and woke up in the morning. Ita usually hard for me to fall asleep and stay asleep. I definitely will recommend.

Not as strong as I was hoping it would be. Tastes like honey, not bad. Does help me relax, but not really what I was looking for personally. I would buy regular kava root powder and prepare it myself next time. For the sale it was on, it was worth the money. I think it's a good product for people who are new to kava and wanting to see what it's all about. Easy to use. Not for me, but not a bad product.

I purchased this for a relaxing method but it made me have major headaches i thought I was tripping when it happened the first time, so I used it 2 more rimes and same thing. Major headaches

Used this but didn't care for it too much. Works but didn't like the drained feeling afterwards. Also, made me a bit nauseous.

I was having a hard time with hormones and I felt like I was always in a state of frantic from it. When I use this, with in minutes I can feel relaxed. I also use it before bed and it helps me sleep better. I love that its natural.
