This was a textbook that I was required to read for a class. The presentation of the material was structured in a way that was templated and very interesting. Each chapter/theory is presented with supporting references, practical models, strengths, criticisms, and case studies. Each chapter/theory also provides the reader with an assessment that can be taken to show them where they fall on the scale of each theory. The knowledge gained by reading this book was life-changing in that it opened my mind to concepts I never knew existed. Not only that, it allows me to recognize each theory in a practical way as I observe leaders in action (or inaction) around me.

Poor quality control … this is my textbook for class and can’t read 2 pages in it. Book has big hole on one side of the page and the backside was folded over with no print on the paper. Still received the book in good condition .. I would just recommend thumbing through it so you have options for replacement. I found this too late to correct it.

Bought this for my wife's Masters degree, highly recommended book on leadership insights.

Poor quality of printing, varying fonts, faint inks at certain places, prints not legible at certain pages (see photo enclosed).

This book is not only great for those who studies leadership, but it can be so useful for all the people seeking better careers in their life. The Editioned that was delivered to me was the newest which is the ninth and it has a new chapter from the previous edition which makes it rich in all aspects of leadership.
