How efficient is this unit at low temperatures such as 10- 20F?

These are rated down to 5 degrees outside temperature. We get down to 10 degrees here and a rental house I installed one in never had to turn on supplemental heat. But never a bad idea to have a source of supplemental heat.

Yes, this does also come with a remote.

What are the line sets made of

They are covered with loose insulation so I could not identify the material. The lines are copper at both ends. I do not want to remove the insulation and reduce efficiency, I installed this alone. The air handler is 9-10 feet above the ground and i fished the lines through a small crawlspace leaving the excess inside the cavity. The lines are very flexible and easy to work with. Also, the A/C is very quiet and has kept our house down to 65 degrees when it was 95 outside and sun beating on our house. BTW 1200 S.F. cooling area.

Does this only heat or does this also have a/c?

This does both heating and cooling.
