Pretty decent for tired houses
I have a crazy room that defies description and had leaks so I put out 4 cans. I think I'm down to one leak. Also works great on tired wood that won't hold paint. I'm old and getting tired. A bit thinner than I thought. I definitely wore safety glasses and old clothes in case wind blew it around.

Boat seal
It worked well and sealed my boat. Dislike is the price I found was cheaper local than through Amazon.

Worked perfectly
I needed to spray an old camper shell for my truck and I used the flex seal and it worked perfectly keeps the water out and looks so much better

AMAZING PRODUCT
