My neighbor had gifted me my first glass of Merquen Spice from Chile and ever since then i was on the look out to refill it. This definitely is very similar if not the same that i had originally. Highly recommend.

I bought this for my husband based on a recommendation of a friend. This was delicious! Had great flavor and heat for our steak and deviled eggs. Highly recommend!!!

I am Chilean, living in NYC and was extremely excited for this product. Unfortunately, just taste like random chili powder, not even spicy! It completely lacks of the the strong smoked flavor and and smell of real merquen, not to mention the extreme spicy flavor. Very disappointed!

I discovered Merquen when my daughter brought some back from Chili as a gift. I regularly purchase another brand of Merquen on Amazon but when it was not available I tried this. I was very disappointed! As another reviewer said it's not smokey. A side by side comparison made it very clear. This is not returnable, I'll probably just dump it. Glad I didn't buy the big package.
