Soviet WW2 Communist Sickle And Hammer Pin Star KGB Badge USSR Russian Hat Insignia

It’s a really awesome pin. Very detailed. The thin mounting needles on the back of the pin are not the strongest. I used a small nail to make a starter hole, pushed the two needles into the hole, and bent the needles over to hold it in place. Do not use the mounting needles to push through the fabric. They will probably snap off. Wolverines!!!

I really like how large and detailed this pin is. People have been complimenting me on it ever since I put it on. The color is so unique too! It’s not a common gold color but rather a more mellow shade. I bought the hat for $6 at Plato’s Closet, and as soon as I saw it I immediately thought of the classic Russian Ushanka hat, therefore I looked for the pin here on Amazon. Really pleased with it!

Great Soviet memorabilia for the modest or beginning collector.

I got it to replace the one for my ushanka that got dinged up through the years. Looks about the same as the first one. Only real difference is this one is slightly darker gold. But it looks great.

This product is very poorly made. it always comes undone from the hat and it doesent stay put.

This worked perfectly for a play my nephew was in. I attached it to a toboggan for a “Child’s Russian Hat”. I’ll attach a photo

There is no way of attaching this to anything. The two prongs on the back that I assume were meant for attaching to something somehow instantly fell off.
