Q: How much would you need to cover the body of a someone who's 5ft 6 tall and about 132 lbs?

You wouldn't need more than one container. It doesn't take much to cover any area. It's an amazing product.

Q: Can this be mixed with other paradise pigments? I am looking to use this as a base for a sea witch costume.

I don't see why not. Personally I would "layer" the colors as opposed to mixing them.

Q: I have dark freckles on my face and pretty light skin. Will the white cover them well or do I need to use another method to hide my freckles?

So I have quite a few random freckles on my face and I find as long as you are using even layers and not loads of water to create more of a foundation/cream consistency it works well for me. I find its buildable and won't crumble in little balls like other paints. I always use a brush to spread and a sponge to soften. To be safe I apply two layers in a bright light/natural light. If you have a setting powder that can go over it once it dries definitely do that.
