I've been lifting weights, and simultaneously trying to lose weight. This is a great high protein, low calorie, nutrition dense snack, for what is, as of this writing, a pretty good price. It's tasty, with just enough pepper and sugar to give it some life and some bite, but not so much as to be intolerable.Best thing - no MSG. This is a pretty good, healthy snack all around.
