The way they wrapped it was funny
So we got the cup and when my husband opened it he had to unwrap silophane and bubble wrap it gave him something to do he laughed but he loves his new cup

Bought as a gift for my niece
It came cracked so I had to return it which sucked cuz it was a Christmas gift and it came wrapped up and bubble wrap and looked like it was packaged good enough but unfortunately it came cracked

I get it today and it’s Cracked wtf
The media could not be loaded. So disappointed my cup has a crack in it didn’t come with the ice cubes

Leaks
Soap gets in between the inner and outer walls. Bought it for someone as a gift so had it a few weeks before using it. Company said it's to late to return. Only worked about 2 weeks but not returnable. Very poor quality.
