I really wanted this product to work. I’ve used similar ones in the past but this company seemed like the real deal. Unfortunately I was left with utter disappointment.First one came and charged up and worked for one day. Shocked on contact. Great!Then the next day it stopped working. Not great!Started an exchange and got another one hoping this was a fluke. The second one just completely didn’t work right from the box. No electrical shock. Nothing.I decided to reach out to the manufacturer (web deals direct) and see if they could help me. They were very friendly and supportive and said they were going to send me another one!That lasted 5 minutes. I got another email immediately saying my exchange was cancelled and I needed to just try Amazon again.What a let down in customer service. I did not want to try Amazon again. Their product supply was obviously faulty. I wanted an explanation to why this happened and maybe some trouble shooting.Don’t promise something and then take it away. Terrible terrible terrible customer service.You lost a customer web deals direct. I’ll take my money elsewhere.

When we camp we now can swat flying insects everybody want to use it. It really works!

May 23 update: bought this product in 22 and in February 23 and product works excellent. We wanted more for greenhouse and other rooms. New orders in April, works only a couple of times and then button sticks. Past return time so have to throw out. Must be defective batch so no longer recommend. Buy local much cheaper and can return. Original: This product works excellent and kills even small bugs that many other wands will not catch. It is very powerful and I like that it is rechargeable. We have been using for a few months and still works excellent. Well worth the money. If anything changes, I will update the post.

I rarely charge it, it kills bugs. What more could you want? I don't use the light ever.

The only thing that could make this item better is if it kill mosquitos.We use this for a host of large flying insects. It does concern me to use inside because I am so fearful of the spark causing a fire so we usually use it outdoors for wasps and such. It doesn't take much coordination to use.
