A replacement for a lost one I used to carry. Although It can be used for self defense, I use it as a stressreliver for tense musclwes.

For me, it is not what it seems.
I use mine as a massage stick for my amputated leg. I get fantom leg pains now and again. I press down hard on the part I still have left and before long the pain is gone.PS. You might want to round off those sharp edges!
